Ingredients
- 10 chicken breast skinless and boneless
- 3 onions finely sliced julienne
- 9 bell peppers finely sliced julienne
- 6 Tsps oil
- 4 lbs Chorizo Verde bulk
Directions
- For the fajita seasoning use the market fajita seasoning I’m sure they have one.
- Season the chicken and grill, cut fajita style, cook your peppers and onions as well, next add your Chorizo Verde to the pepper and onion mix and slice your chicken, mix evenly.
