Presented the CES Bikini Shrimp using the Edge Magazine after product roll out. Chef Michael loves innovative unique items. He loved the look of the shrimp and ordered cases right there for a weekend special. Decided to keep the shrimp on the menu and rolled it out as a regular offering.
