Argentina Bakery has been a staple in Irving, TX for nearly 20 years. Their customer base has grown almost solely from word of mouth and most notably for their Empanadas. They will be relocating to a new building with three times the floorspace in 2026 and wanted to get ahead of their new menu items so we invited them to visit our NTX OpCo for a Culinary Consultation. There, Chef Michael McFarland presented them with a number of traditional Argentine sandwiches as well as a little out-of-the-box thinking for these Chorizo Verde Empanadas. The owner, Luly, absolutely loved them! They’ve run through 2 or more cases a week of the Chorizo Verde and are ecstatic at their success, planning to incorporate the Chorizo into a few more menu items with the new location next year!
