SC Kevin Mack and I met with Chef Armando and presented the “NEW” C.E.S. Kelp / Chickpea balls. They do a home meal program for local residents and will incorporate these into their “vegan” / “vegetarian” menu offerings. Chef Armando was impressed with the taste, texture, and quality of the product.
