I was able to sample this item and I went to a couple places that do breakfast but not always your more traditional style. I offered it as a cross utilized item. Hash, scramble, omelette and we actually went with a burrito for it. It’s about 1-2cs a week but they are only open 5 days a week for breakfast/brunch. I sell them the potatoes, cheese and tortillas for the burrito.
