This has been a landmark Seafood Restaurant in Cocoa Beach for over 2 decades. Currently using USFoods Harbor Banks Shrimp P&D TLON 31/35 and Town Dock Calamari. They haven’t purchased Shrimp from Sysco since 6-7 years. Lately they have been also having quality issues with Town Dock Calamari to the point that the Owner Nick took them off the menu.
Presented EPG Shrimp P&D TLOF 31/40 (didnt have the sample of P&D TLON 31/40), performed a “taste testing” side by side against USFoods Shrimp and Customer approved the conversion to our EPG Shrimp for all 4 sizes Shrimp (31/40; 16/20; 26/30; soho 31/40) they use for an appx 1,200lb-1,400lb per week.
They prepared the Portimp Calamari Ring & Tnt and loved it, placed an order on the spot for 10 cases.
Also loved the Bikini Shrimp and will use as special on the menu.
