This has been an ongoing effort, Colleen (SC) and I consistently visited this account. During a lunch we had the opportunity to speak with Bobby (owner) and asked if we could show him our 13/15 Butterfly garlic shrimp which chef Jose cooked. Long story short, Bobby, chef Jose and staff loved it. Marielle (DSM) sent a case the next day which they used as special.

On a follow up visit I left a bag of the Tuna Medallions as well as preparing Tuna Poke which they loved – Short after that they placed their first order including 6 cases of 7263656 Emperor’s Choice Tuna Ahi Medallions 2-4oz 4/2.5lb which they used as a special.

FROM COLLEEN (SC): “Bobby placed a pre-order for 6 cases of 7263656 Emperor’s Choice Tuna Ahi Medallions 2-4oz 4/2.5lb – to arrive on his first Delivery for Tuesday next week! I am also very hopeful that we will get the shrimp business in this account from Cheney.”

Today we met with Bobby and chef Jose, discussed and sampled the products listed below as well as preparing Tuna Poke which customer currently does not offer on their menu – NOTE: For the Tuna Poke I also used Sysco’s Sys Imp Cusabi, Sriracha, Kikkoman Poke Sauce and Crispy Wontons – Customer is also interested in the Wakame Seaweed Salad.
